All the sewing tutorials and patterns on my website are handmade by me, Paola Manarolla ©

Due to the Digital nature of my sewing tutorials and patterns, because they are delivered through online download, I cannot accept Returns nor Refunds. Also I cannot accept returns on gift cards.

However I care for your satisfaction:

• if there is any difficulty in downloading your purchase, 
• if you have doubts about the tutorial or pattern,
• if you see anything that is not clear enough or any error,

Also, I have a specific section called Patterns Revisions, where I update my patterns in case there is a mistake, or if I choose to change part of the style or shape or anything else.
